SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC

We ship orders via USPS (Priority or First Class). Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We ship orders to the Philippines via LBC or USPS. All other countries, we ship via USPS (First Class) only. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Interested in placing bulk orders?

You will need to register by sending us an email. You must use "BULK ORDER" as subject. Once you're approved, we will send you a link and a password to access the page showing discounted price.

Registration does not guarantee discount. Minimum order requirement must be met: $300. (after applying discount and before shipping costs and any applicable tax).

Discount rates vary based on order total.

BULK SHOPPING

If an order cancellation is necessary, please send us an email within 24 hours. Cancellation will be confirmed via email once approved.

 

We carefully inspect and pack each item in your order. Any damage during transit or delivery is not our responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods, taxes or fees determined by your country's customs (international).

 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made the error. Make sure you give us your complete, accurate shipping address. Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping costs, for which you will be responsible. If you would like us to re-ship your refused or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the shipping charges.

 

Currently, we can only process return/exchange for merchandise shipped within US (domestic), meeting the return/exchange criteria.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, shoes and fashion jewelries.

 

 

RETURN CRITERIA

*Must be returned within 15 days of the original shipment date. Otherwise, no credit will be given.

*Items must be in original condition, with original tags/stickers and have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.

 

Currently, we are unable to facilitate refunds and will have to give you a store credit. 30% restocking fee applies. We will carefully inspect items shipped back to us. No credit will be given if items are altered or damaged. We cannot give a store credit for return items that we have not received. To ensure that we receive your return, we recommend purchasing a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. You will have to pay for return shipping costs.

 

 

EXCHANGE CRITERIA

*Email us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can reserve the exchange item for you. Indicate size and/or color exchange choice so we can check for availability.

*Must be returned for exchange within 15 days of the original shipment date.

*Items must be in original condition, with original tags/stickers and have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.

 

Unfortunately, we can only exchange your order for the same item in a different color or size. If exchange item is not available, you may return item to us. Return Criteria/Terms & Conditions (above) will apply and if met, store credit will be given, less 30% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs and exchange shipping charges.

 

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

*Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order (via email or contact form above). Please describe defect. Send us photos of the product showing defect, if possible. Tell us if you would like to Return (for a store credit) or Exchange (for non-defective, same item, if available).

*Return item within 15 days of the the original shipment date. We will add your return shipping cost to the store credit or will ship the exchange item for FREE.

 

Defective merchandise must be returned, in original condition with original tag/sticker and not worn or washed.

 

 

 WRONG ITEM

*Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order (via email or contact form above). Please let us know what item was shipped to you in error. We will review your original order and will let you know if correct item is still available.

*Return item within 15 days of the original shipment date. If correct item is available, we will send it to you for free and give a store credit for your return shipping cost. If correct item is unavailable/out-of-stock, we will give you a store credit, including return shipping cost.

 

Wrong item must be returned to us in original condition with original tag/sticker, and not washed, worn, altered or damaged.

 

 

 

Remember to ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and purchase tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. Any return and/or exchange will not be processed until we have received the merchandise back from customer.
